An Ace renovation guarantees a livening or complete transformation of your brand image. It can involve a multitude of things - examples include installation of new cabinetry, new floor treatments, painting of the interior and exterior, new lighting, new shopfront, etc. An Ace renovation is all about enhancing an existing premises to make it something even more special that strengthens your brand presence in your respective industry.

Our experienced project manager oversees our site supervisors and trades. Activities of our project manager include ensuring materials are delivered to site, quality control and ensuring operations are executed on time and within budget.

Our highly skilled site supervisors oversee the daily operations onsite. Our supervisor reports to our project manager, to ensure clear communication between Ace and our clients, streamlining the building process.

We have a team of structural, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineers that can provide assessments, such as ensuring the integrity of your building, as well as signing off and providing compliance certification for works. We can also provide authorised engineering drawings, if your project requires.

Ace’s certifier will provide all documentation for council building permit approval, including final occupancy permits if required. We can also assist with liquor licensing for hospitality projects, as well as health department approval.

Ace can supply and install all equipment for your relevant project, whether it be advanced medical and dental equipment, furniture, retail equipment, hospitality equipment etc.
We can cater to a range of equipment supply and installation needs, but if you already have a supplier/installer, we can work that into our program.

Demolition involves clearing an existing premises to a blank canvas for a fresh start. We can prepare your business to transform this blank canvas into something that represents your brand, or if you are moving out of that premises, we can assist you in the transition out.
